World Cup Star Sends Transfer Message To Liverpool Fans

Real Madrid star player Marco Asensio has been in the news consistently in recent times due to his links with various premier league sides including Manchester United and Liverpool.

Right now, the talented player has made it known he will hold a meeting with manager Julen Lopotegui about his future.

The talented Spaniard has been heavily linked with a move away from the club this summer despite having a huge release clause of £442M in his contract at the club.

He signed a new 6-year deal with the Champions League winners last September meant to extend his stay at the Bernabeu. However, he struggled for regular playing time under now-former manager Zinedine Zidane last season and is likely to depart Real Madrid this summer.

Asensio is currently in Russia representing Spain at the World Cup and was recently asked about Liverpool’s interest in securing his services.

The talented player failed to dismiss the speculations but instead said he intends to focus on the World Cup right now.

According to him, anything related to a transfer will be discussed after the World Cup.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keen on signing superb stars this summer to help transform his side into a European powerhouse. He already signed Fabinho from Monaco and will unveil Naby Keita next month.
