Why £75,000-a-week star could be on his way out of Old Trafford

There are indications that Manchester United defender Eric Bailly is on his way out of the Old Trafford with reports already linking him to Serie A side AC Milan.

Bailly is unsettled at United and has yet to prove his worth in addition to not seeing games under manager Jose Mourinho.

The last game the Ivorian defender played for the Red Devils was against Newcastle where he was substituted early for his unsatisfactory performance.

United are still being hunted by the £30 million paid to Villareal for the African defender who has got three starts this season in addition to the injuries he suffered since his arrival.

Bailly is one of the reasons why the former Chelsea manager will storm the January transfer window in search for more defenders knowing that he has got a defending style of play, more than the attacking one.

The Red Devils had a rough start of the season but they seem to have gotten their mojo back with their biggest win of the season against Juventus in the Champions League game.

United had lost 1-0 to the Italian champions at the Old Trafford but they stormed Turin in the second leg to shock the world with a 2-1 victory against Juventus.
