Well,  according to information, the training helps to improve speed as we get to see some impressive speed and amazing athleticism of some of Chelsea’s players.

It is quite entertaining and educating which has been backed by some positive reactions.

In the video, Chelsea defender, Cesar Azpilicueta is said to have the record on speedy reactions test.

But who can dispute that as it is no hidden fact that one of Azpilicueta stronghold is his agility?

The training wasn’t done in vain as the Blues have been great so far in the EPL.

Chelsea under coach, Sarri Maurizio have maintained a 100 per cent win in their first four games.
