Jose Mourinho names new captain, may cause division in the team
Manchester United first match against Leicester City saw France international, Paul Pogba, being given the captain armband but everyone knew it was a publicity stunt.

Now retired player, Micheal Carrick was the captain for the Red Devils but the star is no longer playing on the field as has hanged his boot and the captaincy role was shifted to Antonio Valencia last season.
Well, Mourinho in a statement last week stressed that Paul Pogba was made captain because Valencia was not available.
In a new statement, the Portugal international has named a new captain for this season and it falls back on Antonio Valencia but this might resurrect a new division in the team as the duo of Paul Pogba and David de Gea are also popular.
