Former Liverpool winger Ryan Babel is on the verge of joining struggling Premier League club Fulham. According to the Daily Mail, the Dutch international player will join Fulham on a six-month loan deal from Turkish club Besiktas. He is expected in London for a medical on Tuesday ahead of the loan move.
