Chelsea have made initial steps to sign Simon Kjaer ahead of the January transfer window, according to reports. The Blues are very keen on signing a centre-back next month and has marked Fenerbahce defender Kjaer, who has impressed for the Turkish giants since he joined from Ligue 1 side, Lille during 2015 summer transfer window.
