Barcelona have sent representatives to tie a summer deal for Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin, according to reports. The 21-year-old arrived at the Emirates from Barca's famous La Masia academy alongside Jon Toral and has risen through the ranks to become of their best players at the Emirates.
