Real Madrid consider double transfer raid on Chelsea after Arsenal turn down

According to report, Real Madrid are eyeing a staggering double raid on Chelsea for forward Eden Hazard and wing-back Marcos Alonso.

As per Don Balon, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez remains keen on signing Eden Hazard as part of a total revamp of his team’s attack, with Harry Kane, Neymar and Paulo Dybala also on his wishlist.

This comes after another report from Don Balon that Real Madrid have turned down the opportunity to bring in Alexis Sanchez from the North London club as the club President does not see him as enough upgrade.

That piece named Spurs Harry Kane and Argentine Mauro Icardi as his favoured targets over Chilean Alexis Sanchez, but truly Eden Hazard is more of a same style of the player due to his versatility in a couple of attacking positions.

Capable of playing on the flanks, as an attacking midfielder or a false-No 9, Eden Hazard could be considered more of an upgrade from the same kinds of qualities Alexis Sanchez would bring to the table at Real.

Don Balon also claim that Real Madrid could make it a double transfer raid on the Blues as they also want Spaniard Alonso to reinforce their options at left full-back.
