PSG hijack deal for major Arsenal target

The latest report reveals that French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have hijacked the deal to sign Premier League side Watford defensive midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure in the January Transfer window.

The French side were initially not in the race for Abdoulaye Doucoure as he was only previously linked with Everton, Arsenal and Tottenham, with the Gunners leading and tipped to have him join the Old Trafford.

The North London‘s interest in Abdoulaye Doucoure became intense when it was obvious that Wales international Aaron Ramsey would be leaving the Emirate Stadium when his contract with the club expires at the end of the season.

Report according to a British daily tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail claims that the that Ligue 1 champions are satisfied with the ability of the 25-year-old midfielder and are ready to splash £30 million on him in coming days.

Abdoulaye Doucoure is obviously one of the best legs in the English League so far this season having impressed with his Watford team.

However, the Gunners will have to pay attention to other suitors as they are also desperate to secure more additions to strengthen their team.
