Manchester United To Lose Superstar To European Heavyweights

According to reports, premier league heavyweights Manchester United have given La Liga giants Barcelona the chance to get Antoine Griezmann’s signature from Atletico Madrid next year.

The talented player has been heavily linked with a move away from Atletico Madrid in recent years.

The Frenchman was expected to move to Old Trafford during the past summer transfer window due to his heavy links with Manchester United. Manager Jose Mourinho was ready to do all it takes to bring him down to England, but he chose to remain with Diego Simeone at the Spanish capital.

Griezmann is one of the best players in the world and has scored 90 goals in 177 games for Atletico Madrid.

But according to reports coming from Spain, Jose has decided to pull out of the race for his signature and will now focus on some other players, handing Barca a big boost in their pursuit of Griezmann.

Barcelona are expected to reinforce their squad next year and are ready to do all it takes to bring Antoine down to Camp Nou.

The La Liga leaders are now favourites to get the player’s signature, despite their interest in Liverpool’s Phillipe Coutinho.

They are expected to persuade the Merseyside club with huge fees to agree selling Coutinho in January.
