Jose Mourinho was able to bring in quality players into his team during the summer transfer window, and they have been able to add more power to his side this season.
However, the Portuguese boss failed to bring in an attacking midfielder, and it appears he has the intention of getting that done when the winter transfer window comes.
There are reports that the Old Trafford club are interested in landing Arsenal star player Mesut Ozil to add more power to their offence
And, an exclusive report covered by Calcio Mercato made it known that Serie A side Inter Milan are also interested in the German midfielder and desire bringing him over to Italy.
It was however added that Jose Mourinho’s side are the ones leading the race to secure the player’s signature when January comes.
Ozil is yet to score a goal or provide an assist this season so far at Arsenal, and his current deal with the North London club will expire at the end of this season.
And since he isn’t set to sign a new contract at the club, Arsenal does not want to lose him for anything next summer and intend selling him next January.
Therefore, Calcio Mercato made it known that Arsene Wenger’s side are open to selling the Germany international for something in the region of £23M if he does not agree a new deal before the end of this year.
