Jurgen Klopp to Liverpool fans – You can’t replace Phils with the same player

Despite Brazil international, Philippe Coutinho living Liverpool since January in a mouth-watering deal of £142 million to Barcelona, many Liverpool fans are still calling for his replacement.

Liverpool boss, Klopp have been previously linked with a transfer from Lyon, where he hopes to bring in Nabil Fekir as a replacement in a £52 million deal but they drop the deal unexpectedly.

The German coach stated that there is no replacement for Coutinho as the Reds doesn’t need one, which is actually true.

Following the departure of Coutinho from Anfield to Camp Nou, the Reds made it to the final of the UEFA Champions League where they lost to Spanish club, Real Madrid.

They also made it to the top four on the English Premier League table,  which means the absence of Coutinho had not really affected the club much.

And with a new season coming in, the Reds have been able to make some powerful signings which include Fabinho, Nabil Keita, Alisson Becker and Shaqiri.

And they still maintain their super trio attacking force of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, which means Liverpool would be a hard target this season.
