Liverpool Legend States New Revelations About Chelsea

Former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp has heaped lots of praises on Chelsea new Italian boss, and believes the club are playing a different type of football currently under the Italian boss.

When current Man United boss Jose Mourinho was still boss at the Stamford Bridge club, the club was known to be a largely counter-attacking and defensive side.

But now that the former Juventus manager is in charge at the west London club, he has changed the squad and their style of play too.

Conte’s new style of play has made the blues an unstoppable force this season. They have been at the top of the premier league table for a long while, and are on the way to winning the premier league title and the FA Cup double this term.

The former Liverpool man Redknapp, making comments about Chelsea, expressed that the way they are playing right now is not the typical way they play, but they are exciting.

Antonio Conte’s side returned back to winning ways when they hosted Crystal Palace on Tuesday at Stamford Bridge, after a 2-0 lose to Manchester United at Old Trafford.

A brace from Spanish forward Diego Costa and singles from the duo of Eden Hazard and Gary Cahill saw Chelsea emerged 4-2 victors over Crystal Palace.

The West London club are looking to win their second title in the English top flight in three seasons
