How Arsenal saved season by disappointing Bundesliga team

English Premier League outfit Arsenal are tipped to have saved the season by blocking the loan deal for
Eddie Nketiah to Bundesliga side, Augsburg.

The Bundesliga outfit are keen on the Gunners starlet and were ready to hand him a first team opportunity and a regular playing time, according to UK Sun.

It is reported that the North London boss Unai Emery blocked Eddie Nketiah from moving after he failed to secure the signature of a winger on deadline day.

The North London outfit made efforts to add more options to the team with their sight on Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic and Dalian Yifang’s Yannick Carrasco but a deal failed to fall through.

After releasing Emile Smith Rowe on loan to RB Leipzig Unai Emery made the decision to keep Eddie Nketiah despite already establishing contact for him.

However, the North London outfit made efforts to secure more additions but were restricted by the transfer policy of club which does not favor winter windows but it has been confirmed that the club will be actively involved in the summer transfer window.

The Gunners have big need of defenders and that is expected to be the focus in the coming transfer.
