Giroud hit his hattrick on 59 minutes before Callum Hudson-Odoi wrapped up the convincing 5-0 victory for Chelsea with twelve minutes left on the clock.
The Frenchman is the highest goalscorer in the Europa League with eight goals after his latest feat for the Blues.
Chelsea join other qualifiers like Arsenal, Napoli, Slavia Prague, Eintracht Frankfurt, Villareal and Valencia in the quarterfinals.
