Chelsea injuries, suspensions, line up, and prediction vs Man Utd

Chelsea will host Man Utd at Stamford Bridge on Saturday following the resumption of the English Premier League.

The Blues are seated at the top of the league table alongside Liverpool and Man City with 20 points each while Man Utd are over 7 points behind from the clubs in the top 3.

Unlike Man Utd that are struggling to perform, Chelsea are the favourite club expected to win the match on Saturday.

Chelsea injuries

The Blues have two players with injuries, they are; Antonio Rudiger and Ethan Ampadu.

Antonio Rudiger sustained a groin injury during the Blues game against Southampton at St. Mary’s stadium before the international holiday.

A report from Stamford Bridge, however, made it known that he has regained his form and is expected to play against Man Utd.

Ethan Ampadu sustained a knee injury why on international duty for his home country, Wales.

Suspension

Neither Chelsea nor Man Utd have any player on suspension.

Chelsea line up

Coach Sarri will likely start his first-team players with Kepa at the goal post, Azplicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso at the defense, Barkey, Jorginho and Kante at the midfield, Hazard, Pedro and Giroud at the front.

Man United Prediction

Jose Mourinho is likely to park the bus against Chelsea making it difficult for the Blues strikers to move forward except they are very creative, the game will likely end with two goals to one in favour of Chelsea.
