West Ham midfielder has noted that Arsenal will be losing the leader in Aaron Ramsey should be player be allowed to leave the club at the end of the season.

Ramsey could be on his way from Arsenal after failing to agree on a new deal with the Emirates side. Although he has been committed with his game but that does not mean he will not be away at the end of the season.

Barring any last minute change in the situation, reports at the moment say Gunners boss Unai Emery is one of those who have failed to encourage the board to seal a big move for the player.

It is claimed that the Spanish boss intends to bring new faces to the Emirates Stadium in winter transfer window but that would not be achieved if a new deal of about £300,000 a-week deal is handed to the Wales international.

However, Wilshere, a former teammate noted that Ramsey is a leader and should wear the armband of the team in the future but that could be missed if he leaves.

The West Ham midfielder reveals that Ramsey still has the love for the club at heart and he could be compelled to stay at the club with the right offer.
