Can Liverpool recruit more world stars with Sunderland raid

One interesting thing about Merseyside outfit Liverpool is their ability to look inward- the domestic league in their bid to secure new players.

Most of the players that have helped manager Jurgen Klopp transform Liverpool and restore their status as a big side have come from smaller clubs in England.

Sadio Mane, Virgil Van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Jordan Henderson, James Milner and a number of them were all recruited from English clubs and they can all be linked to the club’ success one way or the other.

Latest reports have claimed that the Reds have gone again to raid Sunderland for two of their unnamed youngsters who are to spring out in coming years.

Although Sunderland have failed to secure promotion to the Championship, Liverpool have found two of their players who need to join the club to continue their development.

There is no doubt that Sunderland have got a good relationship with Liverpool for many years and that is expected to continue especially with the latest report of two players joining Anfield.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have finally ended their title drought after defeating North London outfit Tottenham in the finals of the UEFA Champions League on Saturday night.
