Bad News For Man Utd Fans: Mourinho Confirms This Star Won’t Play Against Leicester City

Man United coach Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Phil Jones will not feature for United in their Premier League clash against Leicester City in the Premier League this weekend.

Jones was forced off the pitch due to an injury after 55 minutes of United’s 0-0 draw against Hull City earlier in the week.

The Englishman was by far United’s best player on the pitch even though he had only played half the game, he was given a big ovation from the crowd as he walked down the tunnel with his boot in his hand.

Man United boss Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Jones  would not be in action on Sunday afternoon in his press conference ahead of the match.

It  is hoped that Jones would be back in action after he confirmed he was feeling fine with minimal bruising on his foot and it will sure be a massive blow to have him sidelined.

But Mourinho will not want to take any chances with Jones – taking his injury record at the club into consideration.

Under Mourinho, Jones has been playing his best football in a United shirt. So once he is fit again, he will return back into the starting XI alongside teammate Eric Bailly.
