Arsenal Injury Update: On Ozil And Mustafi

Many Arsenal fans are already sweating over the fitness of some of their star players- something having a negative impact on the team presently. Well at last, there are some latest news that should ignite a bit of smile on our checks – even if it is just quite little.

A new report by The Mirror has it that starplayer Mesut Ozil will miss Arsenal game against Bournemouth with a continuation of the illness that signed him out of Sunday’s 2-0 defeat of Crystal Palace.

Fortunately, the duo of Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and Shkodran Mustafi are said to be in contention for a place after featuring on the bench at the weekend.

Since they are playing twice in three days, then changes throughout the team is likely to be made, with Aaron Ramsey and Francis Coquelin in with a chance of a start too.

Benik Afobe will also be available to play against his former club after he turned down a linkup with the DR Congo, while Jack Wilshere will not be unfortunately able to feature against his parent club.

Arsenal are currently sitting at the sixth position in the English Premier League table, seven points behind table leaders Chelsea and just two points behind second-placed Liverpool.
