Conte Wants Roman Abramovich To Sign This Superstar For Chelsea

According to new reports going round in the media, Chelsea coach Antonio Conte has asked Russian billionaire and club owner Roman Abramovich to sign Bayern Munich talented left-back David Alaba in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Down the years, ever since successfully breaking into Bayern Munich’s first team as a young teenager, 24-year-old Alaba has proved himself to be one of the finest players in Europe in his leftback position.

And as expected, the talented player has been linked with top Premier League clubs in the past. However now, new reports have it that current premier league table leaders Chelsea, could make attempt to get his signature this summer as the Italian boss reportedly makes a left-sided player a priority target.

Obviously, the west London club could have a very busy summer as they seek the signing of Arsenal embattled striker Alexis Sanchez from their London rivals. It now appears the former Juventus manager is also looking to add power to, not only his attacking department, but other areas in his squad too.

Chelsea’s current standard leftback Marco Alonso, has been in fine form for Conte’s team. However, it appears the former Fiorentina star should be expecting a standard competition in his role as the Chelsea boss is keen on bringing Alaba in.

The Guardian however added that Juventus star player Alex Sandro is also being considered for that position, and that Southampton’s man Virgil van Dijk, is needed for the central defense role.

David Alaba has featured for the Bundesliga champions a total of 254 times and has won 5 Bundesliga titles with them, including the Champions League. If Chelsea should get the Austria international, then they should be set to spend big! .
