Agent Joao Santos discloses Chelsea was not Jorginho’s actual destination but Manchester City

According to agent Joao Santos in a latest statement, he disclosed that Italy international and Chelsea 26-year-old midfielder, Jorginho’s actual destination was not Chelsea.

Joao Santos, who is Jorginho’s agent disclosed that the game maker had reached a personal agreement with EPL toppers Manchester City instead.

He stressed that on the part of his principal, Jorginho had agreed to personal terms with Man City but the English club and Napoli refused to strike a deal thus making it difficult for him to leave.

However, Chelsea took hold of the situation immediately ex Napoli coach, Sarri Maurizio arrived at Stamford Bridge as they used some of Sarri’s influence to bring Jorginho over.

Chelsea went ahead to defeat Man City in the bid to sign Jorginho as they went ahead to pay the sum of £52 millions to sign him.

Joao Santos disclosed that the Italian midfielder was at first disappointed about being unable to move to Manchester City but there is no different as he is happy playing at Stamford Bridge.

The 26-year-old midfielder had featured in all games for the Blues this season and he has been exceptional.
