How Solskjaer is not better than Mourinho in terms of tactics

The mind of Manchester United fans might have been abused by journalist Guillem Balague who thinks that interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has returned the club back to winning ways because he has employed better tactics than the former manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese manager was sacked by the Red Devils manager and immediately brought in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to take over on an interim basis which he made an immediate effect by winning most of the games and handing bigger hope of a Champions League football next season.

Guillem Balague said all that has happened at Man United is not as a result of the perfect technical tactics by the former manager as suggested by some of its fans.

According to him, all that has changed is the sense of United and the atmosphere which is now more accommodating and helpful to the players to play well.

He stressed that there is now a sense of unity and fairness at the Old Trafford with players now knowing the importance of hard work as an opportunity to play will only be given to those who deserve it.

Guillem Balague, therefore, stated that the players have got the advantage as individuals that will always give them the opportunity.
