EPL: Club Manager threatens Arsenal with latest report

Newcastle manager, Rafa Benitez has delivered an update that has seemed to be a threat to their coming opponent, Arsenal.

Benitez’s side return to action on September 15 when Arsenal visit St James’s Park and has disclosed the return of some of his stars who could help his side pose a better challenge in the game

With his update on the return of Jonjo Shelvey and Matt Ritchie for the encounter, Benitez hopes to have his first convincing win of the season.

Midfielder Shelvey has been missed in the team with a thigh problem, while winger Ritchie has sat out two fixtures with a knee injury. The absence of both players is believed to have contributed to the club’s poor start.

The former Liverpool manager is delighted with the international break as he stated that it helps buy time for injured players to recover without missing much games.

He said both players are back and have been working hard and closer to return to action.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are also hoping to continue its winning run after a victory against Cardiff before the international break came knocking.

The Gunners have lost two games and had two wins while Newcastle are yet to secure a win this season.
