Today’s Liverpool transfer rumors

Is Loris Karius set to leave Anfield this summer? We round up the latest transfer rumours that concern Liverpool today.

After failing to impress once again when Jurgen Klopp’s side lost 3-1 to Borussia Dortmund in their recent pre-season tour game in America, the goalkeeper slammed critics for coming for his head after the game.

The shot-stopper spoke to newsmen recently about the uncertainty surrounding his future since the arrival of Alisson Becker from AS Roma.

Both Karius and Mignolet haven’t been impressive at Anfield and have caused the side a lot of problems.

Karius disappointed Liverpool last season in the Champions League final by gifting Real Madrid two goals at Kiev.

More Players Could Leave Anfield

According to Liverpool Echo, the club have slapped a £27m price tag on Divock Origi.

It was made known that manager Jurgen Klopp is trying to trim his team before the start of the upcoming premier league campaign, and could allow up to seven stars depart Merseyside (and could earn up to £100M in return)

The likes of Danny Ings, Marko Grujic, Sheyi Ojo, Lazar Markovic and Pedro Chirivella are expected to dump Anfield before the closure of the window.

Simon Mignolet is also expected to depart Liverpool this summer since he will be the third in the rank should he remain at Anfield.
