Liverpool Hero Not Pleased With This Player After Sevilla Performance

Former Liverpool player Dietmar Hamann is not pleased with Alberto Moreno’s interview after the 3-3 draw with Sevilla on Tuesday.

The former Liverpool man has questioned Moreno’s loyalty to the Anfield club after the Spanish defender reacted to Sevilla homecoming.

Alberto has established himself as Jurgen Klopp’s first choice left-back this term after it appears he has adapted to the rigorous demands of the English top flight.

The Spain international has successfully collected his spot from James Milner and has kept summer signing Andy Robertson on the bench for most of this season under

Many of the fans were impressed with the way he resurrected his career at the club, and even manager Jurgen Klopp has heaped lots of praises on him.

The former Sevilla player however made some errors against his former side when they met in the Champions League on Tuesday night, and Klopp was forced to withdraw him from the meeting in the 63rd minute.

But speaking after the game, the full back does not feel very much bothered about his performance in the match but spent a large amount of time talking about his former club.

Former reds player Hamann, was not pleased with Alberto’s explanation and took to social media to express his disapproval

Dietmar, who was part of the Liverpool team that won the Champions League back in 2005, believes the Spanish defender should be more worried about what Liverpool fans think about him, above any other thing.

I totally agree with Hamann. Moreno loves his boyhood club SEVILLA. Why the hell did Klopp play him. You make a mistake twice playing SEVILLA, come on. Something is not right. MORENO gifted them the draw. GET RID OF HIM ASAP. Or don’t play him again ever.
