Man United Sure Of Signing One Of These Superstars To Replace Playmaker

Many players have been linked with Manchester United in recent times, but these two are regularly in the news – Antoine Griezmann and Mesut Ozil.

The Atletico Madrid player almost joined those at Old Trafford in the summer following his links with Man United all through the transfer window.

But considering Atletico’s transfer ban that hinders them from registering new players until January, the Frenchman decided to stay back at Madrid, and even signed a new contract with the La Liga club meant to extend his stay at the club.

And in the past few weeks, Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has been continuously linked with a move to Old Trafford as his current contract with the North London club will expire at the end of this season.

There are speculations that the Germany international is keen on reuniting with Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford, after working together for some time back then at Real Madrid.

And, according to the Manchester Evening News, Man United are set to sign either one of the duo at the end of this term, possibly as a replacement for Armenia star player Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Man United boss Jose Mourinho is understood to be a huge admirer of both players, and he’s known as a manager who is ready to do all it takes to get whatever he wants.

Atletico struck a deal with Chelsea for Diego Costa – who is possibly coming to replace Griezmann.

The France international is one of the best in the world, and will definitely add lots of quality to Jose Mourinho’s team.

On the other hand, Mesut looks likely to leave Arsenal next summer as a free transfer, and there were earlier reports that his representatives are confident his next destination is Old Trafford.
