Xhaka is mistaken by Arsenal fans, Skysports

Sky Sports pundit, Alex Scott has stated that star midfielder Granit Xhaka is a different person from what fans know him to be.

The former Arsenal and England right-back said the Switzerland star looked like a “world beater” in his country’s game against England and not the names he is being called at Arsenal.

This season has been awful for Xhaka who is yet to win the hearts of the fans and is often criticized for poor performance.

Although, he has started all of the games for Arsenal under manager Unai Emery, but he has always been the sacrificial lamb each time substitutions come calling.

However, Scott claims England gave the 25-year-old far too much time on the ball in the first half, at the King Power, making him dominate.

It, however, didn’t fall in favour of Xhaka’s team as they went home with a 1-0 defeat, yet they had dominated their host.

She noted that he got much time on the ball, picking passes out like a world beater, against what Arsenal fans know hold of him.

Xhaka won his 67th cap for Switzerland in that game and is expected to return back to his Arsenal side, hopefully, to continue to impress.
