Why Unai Emery has reasons to smile ahead of Liverpool clash

One of the biggest worries of Arsenal manager Unai Emery has been how to solve the crisis at the left full-back with the absence of Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac.

Aside from struggling in the last two games at the position, the absence of the two options in the left full-back had cost the team their winning run as it was forced to end at 11.

The Spanish manager has been forced to play Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka in that position which he did not only struggle but his absence in the middle exposed the team a lot.

However, Emery now has reasons to smile ahead of the big test against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in the weekend with the return of Sead Kolasinac who was sighted in training on Monday.

The player missed the last three games for the North London team due to a hamstring injury he sustained in training ahead of the Premier League clash with Leicester City.

His return will help stabilize the defence while the Gunners midfield will be expected to stabilize if Xhaka is returned back to his position to pair with Lucas Torreira.

However, the game is expected to break news as it promises to end the unbeaten run of either of the sides.
