Did Tiemoue Bakayoko mocked Chelsea?

The Blues were held to a draw by Man Utd following a double from the Red Devils striker, Anthony Martial yesterday.

Following the outcome of the match, Anthony Martial had taken to a popular social media site, Twitter to celebrate his goals for Man Utd.

However, Chelsea loanee, Tiemoue Bakayoko went ahead to like the tweet – which to the Blues fans looked like he was mocking them.

Chelsea fans as expected took to their Twitter handles to slam the former Monaco star while Man Utd fans applauded Bakayoko for liking the tweet.

Although there is nothing wrong in liking a tweet of a fellow player, what Tiemoue Bakayoko should have known is that it is wrong to celebrate a player that put up great performances against his parent club.

Anthony Martial was the man of the match yesterday, and by liking his tweet, Tiemoue Bakayoko had indirectly mocked Chelsea even if that might not have been his intention.

Chelsea signed Bakayoko from Monaco for £40 million but since he joined them he had struggled to perform in the midfield.

The Blues decided to let him go on loan to AC Milan in other to help him gain more experience but the Italian club have recently expressed their regret for signing him with indications that he could be sent back to Chelsea in January.
