Chelsea Loanee Delighted With ‘Unbelievable’ Victory

In-form Aston Villa striker Tammy Abraham has expressed his delight at the Midlands club’s impressive win over Sheffield Wednesday.

Tammy Abraham and Aston Villa travelled to Sheffield Wednesday in a Championship clash which ended with a positive result for the visitors.

England international Tammy Abraham was amongst the goalscorers as his Aston Villa side came from behind to beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-1 away from home.

Tammy Abraham is on a season-long deal at Aston Villa from Chelsea.

He joined the Championship club on the deadline day of last summer’s transfer window.

Sheffield Wednesday took an early lead through former Norwich City striker Gary Hooper before John McGinn levelled proceedings for the visitors.

The scoreline stayed at 1-1 until the final moments of the game when the away side scored two goals through substitute Albert Adomah and Tammy Abraham to secure the points via a 3-1 win.

With the help of the two late goals, Aston Villa maintained their winning streak as they also continue their push for a Championship playoff spot at the end of the season.

After the game, Tammy Abraham said the win over Sheffield Wednesday was unbelievable in a chat with the club’s official website as he expressed his delight with his latest goal for Aston Villa.

He has now scored 23 league goals this season.
