Stuart Pearce advises Sarri on what to do to keep Eden Hazard

The debate surrounding Eden Hazard likely move to the Spanish club, Real Madrid lingers on and has continued to raise concerns whether he will remain at Chelsea or make the move.

Eden Hazard current contract will end in the 2019/2019 football campaign, thus whatever will happen must be decided quickly.

After the Belgium star disclosed his interest to play at the Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid have started making underground moves to see that they secure him this time around.

The Los Blancos are having a tough season following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer transfer window, so it will only be normal that they do everything possible to sign him.

Chelsea are also ready to give him a contract extension but the final decision will be made by Eden Hazard.

However, former England U21 coach, Stuart Pearce in a recent statement gave some advice to Coach Sarri on what to do to keep Eden Hazard at the club.

Stuart Pearce in his statement to Sarri said ‘it is down to the management skills of Sarri now to make sure he is the happiest player there.”

He hinted that if Eden Hazard leaves then Chelsea are going to have a hard them finding a better replacement.
