Chelsea loaned out player takes over ‘Legend’ shirt

Chelsea loaned out player takes over John Mikel Obi shirt No 8

With the look of things at Stamford Bridge, new coach Sarri Maurizio might have to call back some of the club’s players, who are currently on loan as they have been unable make more than two new signing.

One of the loaned out player who will now play at Stamford Bridge is midfielder, Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Ruben was loaned out to Crystal Palace last season and have made some name for himself at the club.

The player has also cut short his world cup holiday and resume back to Stamford Bridge where he seems to be catching Sarri’s fancy.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek also put up a wonderful performance against Arsenal in the International Champions Cup in Dublin as the game ended in a draw.

Although the midfielder lost a penalty to Petr Cech but his performance was great.

However, something was noticeable in the game against Arsenal, this was because the Midfielder had a change of shirt Number.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek was seen putting on Shirt No 8, which was previously won by Nigerian midfielder, John Mikel Obi.

And he seems to be the only odd one as all of the other players were on their actual shirt numbers.
