Rio Ferdinand wants Mourinho out of United

One can deduce from the words of Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand that he wants manager Jose Mourinho sacked without any consideration.

United suffered another embarrassing 3 – 1 defeat in the hands of West Ham on Saturday to add to the previous two defeats and a draw last week.

The Jose Mourinho side now have a very slim chance to contend for the Premier League title as they sit 10th on the log and 9 points behind current league leaders.

In his reaction, the former Red Devil defender described the defeat as criminal, maintaining that it is unacceptable for a club like United.

He stated that the DNA of a footballer which includes working hard with good efforts was not seen in the United team on Saturday.

He lamented that not even two to three successive passes were made in the game and he centred the blame on Mourinho.

Ferdinand, therefore, stated that the club management needs to sit and discuss on the future of the club which includes the manager because they have not lived up to expectation.

The future of the Portuguese manager is not uncertain and unless the situation changes immediately, there is no hope he will remain at the Old Trafford after this season.

Personal terms agreed! United star could leave Old Trafford in January
