Chelsea players Antonio Rudiger and Eden Hazard have made the Premier League Team of the Week for the latest round of matches.
The list of players for Matchweek 33 Player of the Week was compiled by popular media outlet Goal.
According to Goal, Rudiger and Hazard made the list after both players played their respective parts in the 2-0 win over West Ham United on Monday night.
Chelsea boosted their hopes of a top-four finish and Champions League football following their 2-0 win over the Hammers in their London Derby clash at Stamford Bridge.
German national team centre back Antonio Rudiger helped Chelsea to keep a clean sheet against the Hammers while Eden Hazard was the star of the show.
Hazard scored two goals either side of the halftime interval to hand Chelsea the three points on offer against the Hammers.
His first goal was a phenomenal solo run which the West Ham United rearguard had no answers to.
Hazard’s 24th-minute strike was enough to give Chelsea a 1-0 lead at the halftime interval.
West Ham United were much improved after the break but Hazard remained their tormentor-in-chief and he rightly added a second goal in added time to hand his team the three points at stake.
