Chelsea forward Eden Hazard was in the festive mood on Christmas Day as the Belgian reported to training at Cobham.
The Belgian international playmaker was due at Cobham training ground as Chelsea prepared for their English Premier League encounter against new boys Brighton and Hove Albion at home on Boxing Day.
Eden Hazard looked to be in fantastic spirits as he uploaded a video for Brazilian David Luiz with the caption “Merry Christmas” to his Instagram followers.
It remains to be discovered whether the Brazil international defender will be able to win back his starting shirt at Chelsea this league season.
The former Lille playmaker has been in great shape for the Blues so far this campaign, netting five goals and providing two assists in 16 English Premier League matches this season.
Hazard, 26, will be hoping to be in great shape for his team on Boxing Day as they look to try and return to winning ways in the English top flight after their disappointing goalless draw on Saturday with Everton.
The Saturday result left the Blues third on the log and 16 points adrift Manchester City.
Antonio Conte’s men will lock horns with FC Barcelona in the next round of the UEFA Champions League next year as they attempt to reach the quarter-finals of the Continental club competition.
