Former United star reveals Solskjaer’s strength over Moyes, Van Gall and Mourinho

Former Man United defender Gary Pallister has noted the strength of the interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to reveal the weakness of other coaches that have managed the club in the past following the exit of legendary boss Alex Ferguson.

He noted that the last time Man United fans had reasons to smile and be excited with belief in the team was when former manager Alex Ferguson was in charged.

The Red Devils have not had it good since the legendary boss retired with a Premier League title in 2013. They have struggled with managers including David Moyes, Louis Van Gaal and later Jose Mourinho with all of them failing to impress the fans and team.

Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho is the last manager sacked by the club for failing to deliver good results as well as killing the confidence of the fans in the club.

All of these have been corrected by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who immediately took over from the former Real Madrid boss in December last year.

He has therefore changed the fortune of the club by returning them back into the contest for a top-four finish while they are now in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
