Mourinho Set To Get Star Player Signature For Cheap With €20m-€25m

It appears Henrikh Mkhitaryan has lost his place in the Manchester United first-team due to his unimpressive form in recent times, and he might actually leave Old Trafford in the upcoming January transfer window.

Should the Armenian playmaker leave, then the red devils must do all it takes to bring in another talented player to replace Mkhitaryan.

And as far as Manchester United’s transfers are concerned, German star player Mesut Ozil is in the lime light once again.

There were speculations a few days back that Man United boss Jose Mourinho is ready to wait until the end of this season to sign the player for free from Arsenal.

However, Spanish news outlet Don Balon are reporting that Ozil could actually leave Arsenal in January.

It was also said that Jose is keen on reuniting with the World Cup winner at Old Trafford and won’t mind paying a fee in the region of €20m-€25m for his signature when January comes.

Although Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is currently insisting he won’t allow Ozil leave in January, he is likely to cash in on the player instead of losing him for nothing next summer.

Mesut earns around €175,000 each week at Arsenal, and he could get a decent pay rise by moving to Old Trafford.

This season so far, the former Real Madrid star has scored 2 goals and has provided 5 assists in 12 premier league games for Arsenal.
