‘I want a return to Stamford Bridge next season’ – Chelsea star

Belgium international and Chelsea loan out player, Michy Batshuayi, revealed he is at Valencia to prove his worth.

The Blues let go of the Belgian striker on loan in the summer transfer window to Spanish side, Valencia.

This was done so that the striker can get more playing time rather than remain on the bench at Stamford Bridge.

Prior to the commencement of this current campaign, the Chelsea preferred the duo of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud to Batshuayi.

But with the way Morata and Giroud are struggling to perform at Stamford Bridge, Michy Batshuayi could make a return to Chelsea only if he proves his worth at Valencia.

And the only one way the Belgian star can prove is worth is to score more goals in the Spanish La Liga.

Michy Batshuayi in a recent statement made it known that he will love to return to Chelsea.

He disclosed he has no intention of staying permanently at Valencia.

Bashuayi hinted that his loan spell in the La Liga is to develop himself and prove his worth.

Chelsea at the moment do not have a goal scoring poacher with the duo of Morata and Giroud struggling to to find the back of the net for the Blues.

Should Michy Batshuayi improve on his goal scoring abilities, Chelsea could bring him back to the first eleven next season.
