Manchester United drop deal to sign Barcelona £35 million player due to row with his agent
Once again Man United have lost another deal but this time around it is not the club’s fault.
The Red Devils have been linked with a move to sign Barcelona defender, Yerry Mina and it was believed that had things gone as expected the deal would have been finalized on Saturday.
But new report have made it known that the English club have dropped out of the deal after Yerry Mina and his agent refused to beat down their price.
Spanish toppers, Barcelona have fixed Yerry Mina price at £35 million which Man United were willing to pay but Mina’s agent insisted on a higher price which angered Man United chiefs as they decided to opt out.
The Spanish side, Barcelona have also confirmed the report via their media outfits as the club stated that Mina’s future will be decided by Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde.
Yerry Mina, who Barcelona purchased at £10 million is not a regular at Camp Nou.
Jose Mourinho will be highly disappointed once again as he has failed to sign a key player since signing Fred.
With few days to go the Red Devils are desperate to sign a new player before the closing date of the transfer window.
