Deal On: Man Utd Still Retain Free Transfer Interest In Liverpool Target

Premier League giants Manchester United are still in the running to sign Paris Saint Germain (PSG) midfielder Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer this summer.

This is according to report from the Manchester Evening News which claimed that the Red Devils are still interested in signing the player alongside other suitors like Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona and Liverpool.

Manchester United are expected to sign at least a new midfielder in the wake of the exit of Ander Herrera.

The Spanish midfielder has left Manchester United after the expiration of his contract and he’s expected to join French giants PSG on a free transfer this summer.

Ironically, he would replace the aforementioned Rabiot at PSG after recent reports claimed that he has agreed on a four-year deal with the French capital club.

Adrien Rabiot has run down his contract at PSG and he’s expected to leave PSG on a free transfer this summer.

Spanish champions Barcelona were the favourites to sign him but their interest has cooled down in recent weeks and months.

Adrien Rabiot was frozen out of the team in December last year after he refused to sign a new contract.

His last PSG appearance came in December during the Champions League away clash at Red Star Belgrade.
