Young Striker Finally Wants Liverpool Transfer

Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic has reportedly been linked with a move to the Premier League with Liverpool ahead of the upcoming transfer window in January.

Jovic, 20, has been in impressive form for his German Bundesliga outfit since he teamed up with the club from Portuguese Super League side Benfica.

The player joined Frankfurt on loan from the Champions League for two seasons during the 2017 transfer window.

Since his move, Luka Jovic has scored 15 goals in 30 appearances in the German Bundesliga.

His form has led to interests from European clubs including Liverpool.

The Reds have been mooted as a possible destination for the young Serbian striker.

On Luka Jovic, former Red Star team director Zvezdan Terzan believes that he can go on to be one of the best strikers in world football.

He spent two years with the Red Star Belgrade first team between 2014 and 2016.

Luka Jovic would definitely be one for the future if Liverpool decides to splash the cash on him.

He won’t displace the fabulous front three of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.

Apart from the aforementioned front three, he would still have the likes of England internationals Daniel Sturridge and Dominic Solanke to contend with.
