Not Matic – Another Chelsea Star Ready To Leave Stamford Bridge Again

Another Chelsea player Loic Remy is ready to leave Stamford Bridge this summer and there are reports that the two major English clubs interested in signing him are Everton and Southampton.

Remy moved to Stamford Bridge in 2014 from Queens Park Rangers but has endured a hard time at the club since becoming a Chelsea player. He has been able to play just 32 English top flight games in over 3 years for Chelsea.

His predicaments emanated as a result of both lack of opportunities and a string of injuries. Last season, the French striker spent just two weeks on loan at Crystal Palace before picking up an injury again.

The player is now in the final phrase of his career and is now pushing for a move in order to find regular game-time. And it was said that the English champions won’t hinder him from leaving after they have signed a new forward.

Chelsea are yet to have a main man upfront ahead of a busy campaign next season, and won’t make 30-year-old Remy their major hitman.

Recently, they have been strongly linked with signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund after losing out on former Everton striker Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United.

Another Chelsea star who is expected to leave the club anytime soon is Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic. The former Benfica player has been linked with reuniting with his former manager Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford this summer.
