Forget Moreno,Get This Player! Club Rejects Bid For Reported Liverpool Main Target

An astonishing bid of £25m has been rejected for highly rated Aston Villa left back Jordan Amavi, who has been a subject of transfer speculation involving Anfield giants Liverpool and former European champions Olympique Marseille.

Earlier this week, Aston Villa owner Dr Tony Xia revealed that  a princely  £25m sum was rejected. He made this known via his Twitter handle as he said: “I can tell we have rejected an offer of £25M for Jordan Amavi. He will grow bigger at Aston Villa.”

More facts have now emerged concerning details involving the transfer attempt to lure Amavi from Villa Park with the bid reportedly rejected from an unnamed Chinese club instead of more established clubs like Liverpool and Marseille, who are very much interested in the 22-year old Frenchman

Amavi who joined Aston Villa from French Ligue 1 leaders Nice in the summer of 2015 before he suffered a serious injury that ruled him out until the end of last season.

He has returned to his side this season with a string of impressive performances as he bid to help his side seal a return to the English Premier League (EPL) after they got relegated for the first time in the previous season.
