Liverpool Linked With Summer Swoop For 10-Goal PL Striker

Five-time European champions Liverpool have reportedly been linked with a summer swoop for one of the best strikers in the Premier League (PL).

Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson has established himself as a top Premier League striker with his performances for the Cherries since the start of the season.

According to Football Transfer Tavern, Callum Wilson could be the answer to the Reds’ quest to give their attack a new dimension.

The England international player has scored ten goals and provided five assists in the Premier League this term.

Callum Wilson has missed the better part of this year with a knee injury though his return to action is close.

He became a full international when Three Lions of England manager Gareth Southgate invited him to the squad ahead of the games in November 2018.

The 26-year-old made his Three Lions debut in the international friendly with the United States of America.

He scored the third goal to wrap up a 3-0 win over the Americans at the Wembley Stadium.

Callum Wilson has previously been linked with a move to other Premier League clubs like Chelsea, West Ham United and Everton.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has maintained on several occasions that Callum Wilson is not for sale.
