Here Is The Latest Update About Thomas Lemar’s Move To Liverpool

According to reports, Liverpool top target Thomas Lemar is only interested in making a move to Camp Nou to play in the La Liga.

This will be a big blow for Liverpool fans who have been expecting the player to come over to Anfield to replace departed Phillipe Coutinho.

Last summer, he was very close to completing a deal with Arsenal, but the move couldn’t materialise before the closure of the window.

Prior to the reopening of the window in the new year, there were widespread speculations that the Frenchman is interested in joining Liverpool to play in the premier league.

But according to new claims from the Daily Mirror, the France international is now keen on joining Barcelona when he leaves Monaco (most likely this summer).

Barcelona are one of the clubs known to be in the race for the player’s signature, and he is now reportedly set on a move to Spain.

Recently, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp made it known that he isn’t in a hurry to sign a new player to replace Coutinho at Anfield. The German manager is obviously trying to take cautious steps to avoid repeating some of the mistakes the club made some years back after selling Luiz Suarez to Barcelona.
