And when former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas was asked who the most skillful player at Chelsea is, one would have thought he would give a name of one of the obvious regulars, like Hazard.
Nevertheless, he surprisingly picked Kurt Zouma as the most skillful player in Chelsea.
This season, Zouma has barely played for Chelsea after missing the start of this term due to injury. And even right now, it appears there is no place for him yet in Antonio Conte’s starting XI.
Nevertheless still, Cesc rates the defender highly – even if it is not necessarily for his defensive abilities, which shows he clearly has some hidden talent.
The Spanish midfielder, when he was asked who he thought was the blues most skillful and tricky player in training, quickly named Zouma as his startling choice.
He told FourFourTwo that Kurt is one player who pulls out tricks when one do not expect while in training. He explained that Zouma makes a lot of tricks which are quite useful.
Kurt joined Chelsea back in 2014 and he has made a total of 66 appearances for the Stamford Bridge club since then. He has scored four goals so far for the club.
