£44m Summer Signing Demands Improvement In Liverpool Form

Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has told Reds fans to expect more from him as he continues to improve in what’s his debut campaign for the five-time European champions.

The Brazilian international player is adamant that his best is yet to come for Liverpool.

Fabinho, 25, spoke about his slow start to life at Anfield in his recent interview monitored by the Daily Mail.

The Brazilian midfielder was part of the 31-man Liverpool squad that jetted out to a warm-weather training camp in Marbella.

Fabinho also talked about the Premier League title race as he hopes that his wealth of title-winning experience will come to the fore in the last twelve games of the season.

He was part of the Monaco team that ended a 17-year league drought for the Principality club by winning the French Ligue 1 title during the 2017/18 season ahead of favourites and moneybags Paris Saint Germain (PSG).

Liverpool are second favourites for the Premier League title behind defending champions Manchester City.

Fabinho signed for Liverpool last summer in a £44m deal from AS Monaco only for him to have a slow start at the club.

His first start for Liverpool came on September 25 in a Carabao Cup third round clash at home to Chelsea which the Reds lost 2-1.

He recovered from a poor performance in that Chelsea game to make himself an important member of the Liverpool squad.
