Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has spoken on how Manchester United interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to affect the team since he took over.

The former Red Devils player took over from Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho in December last year and has since transformed the team to become a winning team.

The former Gunners boss refused to talk about the first defeat suffered by the United boss but heaped praise on him for doing a good job at the club.

According to the French boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to give the Red Devils team an impulse, freedom and a positiveness which is responsible for why they started winning immediately.

He noted that United are now a counter-attacking side with the players becoming more mobile than we used to have them under the former boss. He added that the best thing that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to do is getting the best out of French international Paul Pogba.

Arsene Wenger stated that Pogba has been fantastic and has been at the middle of all of the good play on the pitch.

However, United saw their first defeat under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer against PSG in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
