Chelsea vs Liverpool: Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool deserved to win

The big game between Chelsea and Liverpool ended in a 1 – 1 draw but Klopp opines that Liverpool deserved to win.

Jurgen led his boys to Stamford Bridge to play their 7th match in the English Premier League against Chelsea.

The game came with a big surprise in the 25th minute of the first half when Chelsea talisman, Eden Hazard open the score for the Blues.

Most Liverpool fans were hopeful that one of the Reds attacking trio especially Mo Salah would come to their rescue.

But the first half ended 1 – 0, the second half saw Coach Jurgen Klopp making a dangerous decision that turned out to be the best for the Reds today.

Jurgen Klopp removed James Milner to the amazement of fans and brought in England international, Daniel Sturridge.

Sturridge turned out to be the Reds saviour at the last hour, he went on to give Liverpool a goal at the 89th minute when Chelsea players and fans were already celebrating their win.

However, Jurgen Klopp is of the opinion that the Reds deserve to win and not share any point with Chelsea.

Although Jurgen Klopp claimed the Blues were very good and difficult to play but Liverpool gave their best.
